Tijuana Plant has over 25 years of experience with providing enhanced employee engagement experiences with a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion. She learned from an early age that if everyone is not considered and part of the process, work environments can be challenging. With her unique experience spanning government, hospitality, and e-commerce, she has utilized her skills for assessing processes and helping to bring them full circle to include the perspective of the employee and to address concerns from the line level to C-suite.

She has worked closely with elected officials, executive teams from fortune 500 companies to CEOs of hospitality conglomerates. From strategic planning to innovative solutions, her focus is always on building an efficient and results-driven relationship.
